昨日下午，开始有人向我反映卡巴6频繁崩溃，按理说卡巴以前经常出现应用程序错误，但多少也算正常，昨天我跑别人机子看了一下，这次有点诡异，报错后还弄个程序断开链接，同时MSN上也有朋友向我反映此问题。

    联想到前阵子AST的一个错误，我将升级库校验设置错了，当时不少朋友责问我说，只要在线升级了AST，那么AST在启动的时候就会报错并退出，幸好那天的升级量不算多，要感谢有不少朋友在升级后就帮忙测试。

    通过分析发现，卡巴的错误就是升级文件引起，卡巴新版升级是由一个名为updcfg.xml的文件进行控制，该文件记录软件版本升级信息，库校验等，看来AVP自身对自我文件信任比还是相当高的，至少相关的检查没有到位，猜想修改此类文件，甚至有可能造成卡巴溢出也说不定：)

    目前官方证明问题所在，并给出解释，如果你正在使用卡巴6 ，请关闭自我保护功能，然后删除：C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Kaspersky Lab/AVP6/Data/updcfg.xml文件，重新升级即可。

To correct the problem please delete this file

C:/Documents and SettingsAll Users/Application Data/Kaspersky Lab/AVP6/Data/updcfg.xml
and update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

Also you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
