网站另类协助行骗

　　然后笔者从浏览器中输入该手机中发送来的网址：hkjinya.com，此时网站转入到http://hkjinya.com/tm.asp站点，(该网站的确存在)但网站下方的电话号码却为：028-68228717，与其手机短信中的028-68227769显然不符合。其地址为：四川省成都市青羊区八宝街198号金雅大厦。(图3)看完上述信息后，笔者拨通了网站下方的电话028-68228717，据一个男性工作人员称其为午香港金雅集团旗下的子公司，的确在举办一个手机摇奖的公益活动，然后电话突然断线。

　　至此笔者拨通了该手机中留下的中奖联系电话028-68227769，此时接电话的为一个女士，笔者说明电话来意后，对方要求报出中奖手机号码，此时笔者有意报了一个错误的号码，对方查询完毕后说：此号没有中奖，后来笔者以说错为由重新提供了手机号码，对方称中奖将获得36万元的港币，然后开始告诉笔者如下内容：金雅集团是委托香港司法公证处进行的本次活动，其领奖时，用户可选择两条途径：

　　一、现金支票：本人带齐身份证、中奖手机等所有有效证件到公司直接领奖。

　　二、资金转帐：中奖用户可委托该公司进行领奖事宜，直接进行转帐业务。

　　进行资金转帐时，对要求提供笔者提供银行帐号与身份证号码，当笔者问是否需要另类费用时，对方一再强调金雅集团是香港公司是委托香港司法公证处举办的此次活动，而不回答笔者提出的是否需要另类费用的问题。可能由于笔者提出的问题引起了对方的警觉性，对方很快结束了通话过程。
